the audiologist Dr.Keiko Gibson sucks! I asked her one question and she dismissed me but then chose to explain the results to another guy in the lobby? I also waited an hour and fifteen minutes to take a 5min exam? How do I know these results are accurate??? Everyone else we’re kind and attentive! I can’t recommend see the audiologist!!!
BEWARE..Don't waste your value time! They don't return calls, Angel makes excuses why they don't call back, they sound completely surprised you had left a message for them. Very very scatter brained staff! NO SOLUTIONS JUST EXCUSES!!
This facility is unreliable. I had an appointment that was rescheduled once before. Ultimately, the appointment was cancelled days before because the audiologist was going to be out the day of my appointment. How unprofessional. Now I must reschedule my follow up with the ENT because the hearing test will not be done on time.
Audiologist she was so rude and talking with so much attitude. Don’t forget there are some people is coming there because they can’t hear good, don’t have a strong attitude when you are repeating and answering their question.
I can't recommend this place. I certainly won't be going back there. Marissa, the office manager was "ok" as well as the front office person. But the doctor, the audiologist, Dr. Keiko Gibson, was horrible. Incredibly rude! I was trying to ask her a simple question and explain something prior to the test, but she literally told me she didn't care and didn't want to talk about anything and just wanted to do the test and any discussion would need to be with Marissa.
