The front office staff is kind and attentive. The audiologist on the other hand was extremely rude and unkind. There was no amount of care taken with her. If you don’t care about how you are treated book your appointment here.
My doctor at UCLA Med Ctr gave me a referral to SONUS HEARING CARE PROFESSIONALS. I called, left a message and the next day they called me and we made an appointment. The appointment was over a full month away, but what can I do...so I accepted the appointment.
