I ordered a short at a music festival and never received it. When I called about it they tried to get me to pay shipping on a Walmart gift card. When I insisted that I did not want the gift card and only wanted the shirt I ordered, I was hung up on. Seems like a shady business to me.
Cool products, however, bad customer service. I ordered an item recently, never received the item, asked about it several times, never got a response.
