Jim is always responsive when our generator is due for service. His associate Ben came this week and he was prompt and professional. Ben performed the required service and met with us to explain the good status of the generator. We have had great service since the installation and look forward to a long relationship with Jim and his company.
Highly recommended. My Onan Motorhome generator broke down and needed a major repair. Luckily, I discovered that Jim at Sons of Thunder was very near to my house, which made it very convenient. Jim was quick to identify the problem and quick to get the parts. As soon as he received the parts, he installed them right away.
