So hard to find knowledgeable and honest technicians with integrity! Ben and Truman came to repair an old Generac generator with a failed capacitor. Generac no longer makes the replacement capacitor. This is usually where a conversation about replacing a generator would begin when using a lesser contractor. Sons of Thunder instead identified that our generator has a lot of life left in it and went to work wiring up an alternative to the failed part rather than just pushing for replacement. Jim was wonderful in communication and servicing of my RV generator Very fair and honest. No doubt should a generator issue ever arise sgain, no doubt who to call. Thanks for great service .
