Jim is always responsive when our generator is due for service. His associate came this week and he was prompt and professional. He performed the required service and left the status of the generator in good state . We have had great service since the installation and look forward to a long relationship with Jim and his company.
I've had a tech out twice. Great service. I really appreciated my generator a couple nights ago when we needed it for around 11 hours.
Yes, I am glad for the service, but I would like it if the men would come to our door and let us know they are here, and again let us know when they are done. Thank you!
