Follow up to my previous review - I was deeply disappointed with the extended time frame for the scheduled follow-up appointment for service that was provided in June 2025. On June 2, 2025, Son’s Chimney performed a pellet and wood stove cleaning service. Payment was made in full upon completion of the work. Prior to the cleaning, the pellet stove was functioning optimally, being only a few years old and in excellent condition. Consequently, it was a significant surprise when we attempted to use it in late September, particularly since my elderly mother resides with us and requires warmth.
