Go anywhere else. Took a month to replace my brakes after forgetting to order them...twice. I’d sooner trust Walmart with my bike before these guys.
Great little shop! Friendly service, best price on bike rentals and cute shop dogs to top it off. Of the 3 different bike shops we visited while in Tucson, this one was the best.
They kept my bike for two weeks for a broken spoke and never ended up fixing it, despite me calling 1 week in. When I asked why, they just shrugged and said, I dunno. I took it over to Fairwheel, where they fixed it in 20 minutes while I waited. Chris is a nice guy, but the lads he has working for him just can't seem to be bothered. They said they'd call, they didn't. They said it would be fixed in a few days, it wasn't after a few weeks. Worst service I've ever had at a bike shop.
Chris and the team always deliver when I need a service or new part. 100% recommend!
