WOW! What a great experience my wife and I had. This is the best bike shop we have ever been to. We first went to the other bike shop in town but were pretty disappointed. Gotta to agree with the majority opinion here! I'm a full time RV'er and check bike shops whenever I hit a new city in search of a modern MTB that will fit me. The guys here were THE friendliest yet! Super patient with me answering all my questions and concerns. Looked up numerous specs of several bikes for me! I didn't find what I was after but know where I'll order one when the time comes! Thanks guys!
On Vacation and lost a retaining nut on the front tire. Took it to Sonoran Cycles because it was close. No waiting. Fixed it on the spot. back out and riding in less than 20 minutes. GREAT SERVICE.
After a very unhappy experience at two other bike shops in Yuma, this was an excellent experience in every way. I bought two Aventon EBikes from Shaun, who was more than happy to spend time with us, answering questions, going over my options, letting us test ride, and delivering across town with no charge. A top notch bike dealer whose service is amazing.
