RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! I went to Dr. Shumway for a simple prescription. I specifically put on my form as a new patient that he was NOT TO USE EYE DROPS as I take medicine that has life-threatening interactions with drops. He DID NOT READ THE FORM AND USED EYE DROPS WITHOUT WARNING AND WITHOUT PERMISSION. This damaged the optic nerve and now my vision is failing and I am suing him. DO NOT GO TO THIS IDIOT QUACK IF YOU VALUE YOUR EYESIGHT! READ other sites' remarks and you'll see -- he's incompetent and dangerous!

Good Eye Doc I've been going here for years. The reason I stay is that Dr. Shumway remembers who I am and who my family is. He's taken great care of my eyes and does good exams.
