I have been a member at Sonora Bank two different times in my life. The first time I had some issues too and that's been 30 years ago. I absolutely cannot stand that they always lock me out of my cards. With their fraud alert system it's absolutely ridiculous. If both of these cards were not tied to my husband's and my business I would never use them again!

My husband and I enjoy coming to this branch They are very friendly they're very helpful they go a mile extra to help. We live on the other side we will go all the way on this other side just to get Bank needs met on this one. Thank you we appreciate you all.
Had issues with my previous bank and came to these guys. Ive never seen service so good. I really just came expecting to just have the services I need done. They really went above and beyond and were always friendly. No wonder people love it here! I can forsee myself working with them for years to come.
