Great people, great service.... Only complaint, no plans to get touch to pay debit cards. Why not? Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Get with the times.
I've been raised by very wealthy parents and my stepdad told me that I should have my account with only local banks. I've listened to him and moved my account to another local bank but when the president of that bank lied and was very disrespectful to me I closed the account and opened the account at the Sonora Bank, I had gone to speak with the loan officer that had given me a loan for home improvement but when I talked with her I was told you've shared your bank info with another person that I needed to close the account a... read more
Very helpful
Terrible walk in service to withdraw cash now that they don't have a teller counter. Only one person available to assist a line of customers. Manager was helping by taking people BUT without consideration of who got there first. I left and went to there other bank on Southland.
