Great staff very friendly, my favorite location for my bank needs.
Ive been banking here since I moved here in 2019, and never once have I ever been inconvenienced or steered wrong. Rebecca, Dora and Kristy have always been good to me.
You should really talk to your staff about paying attention to the drive thru. This morning I came through the commercial lane and sat there while an employee was looking at her phone Another woman finally came up and asked if she could help me. The lady that was on her phone just looked up and laughed. I didn't think it was funny at all. This is terrible customer service. No I'm sorry or anything. I guess that's why they have 3.4 star rating.
You all have to do better there have been a lot of instances that my husband needed to deposit money into his acct and atms are out of order especially on the weekend.
Great people, great service.... Only complaint, no plans to get touch to pay debit cards. Why not? Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Get with the times.
