Always great service and never have a problem with my taxes. Super efficient and helpful. I’ve been coming to Sonoma Tax for over 5 years. I’ve moved out of the area but will still make the 2 hr drive.
Two weeks ago I met with Ellery Francisco for an hour appt. and left all my tax documents. He told me the taxes would be done one week later on the following Tuesday. He said he would call that day to arrange a pick up time. On Tuesday he did not call. On Thursday I called and left a message with his secretary who said he would call later that day. No call came.
