for lack of better words, my experience SUCKED the owner just went on and and poor shamed me, continuously making silent rude faces at my little brother. he also said he doesn’t want to get his furniture “dirty” when my brother sat on his furniture and than he kicked me and my brother out of the store for wasting his time by being too “poor” to buy anything. This store SUCKED.

I went in here looking for a smaller couch for my new place. The salesman just kept spouting off about how he mostly sells to millionaires (I'm sure a lot of millionaires shop at the mall) and that the couch I was looking at buying was a "throwaway". Since I'm not a millionaire I guess I'll shop elsewhere!

I just recently purchased a couch and a coffee table from Sonoma Home Goods. Ralph and David are the best. Ralph did everything possible to be sure that I was happy with my purchases. The delivery was timely and they kept me posted and checked with my schedule every step of the way. It was really nice to work with someone that actually cared about my satisfaction rather than just making a sale. Can't say enough good things about this experience. I highly recommend them.

Purchased the dining room table from them. We were told at the time of purchase that we would receive it, via their delivery which we paid for, within one to two weeks. Still have not received any sort of phone call or email correspondence . When we call the phone number it just says" This call cannot be connected at this time." Very disappointed!
