I am on the route 20 bus number 214 and this bus driver is a jerk. He is rude to passengers and seems to be extremely unhappy with his life. Perhaps he should seriously rethink his occupational choices and opt for something with less social interaction. I like all the other employees I've met but the white guy with the ponytail sucks.
