These people are difficult to deal with! It takes an hour just to call and make a payment. They have lost so many documents I sent to them that had my personal information on it. Who know where it is. Run from them, they are the worst most unprofessional rude people I've met.

Kathy Hoare is an outstanding professional. She was awesome when I bought my own house, and I have since referred friends and my own mother to her. When we buy another home, we'll be using her again. She is trustworthy, smart, helpful, kind, and she totally keeps it together even when things get hairy. I highly recommend her!
