Though I cancelled LegalShield they continued to charge me for several months till I noticed the problem. I filed a complaint on BBB, they claimed they had sent checks for reimbursement. They never did. Later, I called and they said they would resend the refund, they never did. I would never recommend LegalShield to anyone.
