Sonja is an incredible masseuse and I (and my back particularly!) wish I still lived closer as our sessions were enormously helpful for aiding me manage pain. I have various conditions that cause a lot of back and hip pain and I always felt significantly better after seeing Sonja. I have just started visiting Sonja after multiple recommendations. And….I’m loving both the experience, a relaxing, calm, meditative hour, and the changes I’m already feeling, multiple knots eased, a lower back problem area identified, worked on, and soothed. I play football, run, cycle, and gym, and I can see that this is going to make me stronger and more flexible. I’m pretty pleased!
