That's probably Sonja on the phone. The woman has ZERO interpersonal skills. Rude through and through. Trying to pay them is a nightmare. Try to call in with a credit card and they keep saying, "Call back when Mona is here." Except she's rarely in it seems. They took me to collections when I kept trying to pay them and ask for a current balance. Also found that there are attorneys who will do all the things she did for me, for half the money.

I used Sonya for my bankruptcy and everything went great. Now the people that help her on the other hand RUDE!! I called trying to get some paper work was willing to pay for it and it’s been over a week and nothing yet. They said they would mail then they said they can’t. I was told an email was going to be sent and nothing has been done. Very frustrating! Called today and the lady was RUDE said she was with a client the phone was ringing and rushed me off the phone.
