If I could give Victoria 10 stars would! I’ve had a hearing aid for around 15 years now and I have never ever had a person who has helped me like Victoria. She is kind; she is sincere. She’s considerate and wants the best for everyone that walks through her door. AND she is very knowledgeable about her products. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Victoria was very professional, explained every detail that I needed to know regarding my new hearing aids and was very patient in answering all my many questions. She’s very knowledgeable! My follow up was great and she spent the extra time to answer more questions and tweak my hearing aids per my feedback. I’m very satisfied.
I had my hearing aids for over 18 months now, recently I had an issue with one of my ears. I contacted Sonik to have my hearing aids recalibrated due to the issue with my right ear, Victoria was very attentive when I explained my problem and with such care and professionalism she took care of recalibrating my hearing aids. Victoria is by far the best when it comes down to take care of a patient.
