Priyanka, in the location in Cary, IL, exceeded my expectations. All the stuff there is not only friendly but highly skilled. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business!
If you have hearing issues then Victoria is the person to see. I thought our insurance would possibly recommend a low end and/or cheaper option but we were pleasantly surprised. I don’t think we have been to a Dr. appointment that was as thorough as Victoria. She is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. We have yet to receive our hearing aids but we are confident they will work out. She spent 2 ½ hours with my husband and answered every question and issue we posed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. After reviewing my hearing test and giving me a behind the ear hearing aid to test the effects it had on my hearing, Katie was clear in her explanation of the many options available with the various hearing aids. After Katie clearly answered my questions, I settled on a specific in the canal hearing aid.
