same as others, horrible. No package at my door. not sure why Zara continues to use this people. I was home, open the gate for the delivery, waited, and nothing. Call them directly, no answer. I reported it to Zara customer service, it takes up to 72 hrs for the investigation. this company sucks, their delivery personal sucks, no customer service available. unacceptable. so upsetting. im sure they stole the package. it appears signed as LAFD as well. seriously....
