Been using Sonic for 15 years over various companies. Excellent customer service and a good size fleet that will get your shipments delivered in a timely manner. Everyone at the call center is a pleasure to talk to, especially Ashley. For those of who are complaining about the customer service being too cold, why don't you try answering 1000+ calls a day with everyone wanting their stuff delivered first.
