Absolutely atrocious, 4 hours wait on the 08/05. The older lady 'Nat' I think her name was, for some reason took a dislike to me and pretended to loose my file and have me wait for 4 hours while they sit there gossiping about customers and complaining about the doctor on shift. Unprofessional and not good enough.
Do not go near this place. I wait over an hour ever single time, been trapped going here for over 2 years. Do not even think about booking an appointment here.
I was very disappointed with the service provided. I originally called to book a physical for a new employee who was still on trial. I specifically asked if this was possible, and the receptionist assured me it was fine. However, it later turned out this type of assessment was not appropriate for a current employee, which was never explained to me during the initial enquiry.
