I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Iqbal. He was extremely rude and didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns about my injuries. Instead of focusing on my health, he seemed more concerned about pushing me back to work, regardless of my condition. It felt like he prioritized my employer's interests over my well-being. I believe he has lost sight of what being a doctor truly means. I wouldn’t recommend him based on my experience. Absolute disgrace, he shouldn’t be sitting in that doctor’s chair.
Disgusting behaviour from the WorkCover doctor Iqbal sends me for a ct all smug tells me nothing is wrong with me when results sent through. I disagree as in so much pain and question if I was sent for the right scan or needed second opinion? That sent him strange and standoffish and very unwilling but wrote me for an MRI . Which shows very much a stress fracture to my ribs. Withholding results for a week then finally calling me with them saying he is going on leave and I need to find another doctor. The staff are kind but expect to wait 30 minutes longer than your appointment time.
I really appreciate the kind service of the staff.
An absolute disgrace of a place. The physiotherapist James is shockingly rude, lacking any professionalism or basic respect. Appointment times are meaningless here—you’re left waiting far longer than necessary with no explanation. Completely unacceptable.
