Reception staff are lovely. Sometimes have had to wait maybe 10 minutes most. I've been seeing Doctor Iqbal regarding shoulder problems for the last 2 years. He has listened to my injury problems and referred me to relevant specialists and rehab people as needed.
Dr Zahid Iqbal has to be one of the rudest incompetent people I’ve come across, I hurt my back at work and after a five minute chat he’s telling me I can return to full duties the next day, no scans, no test of any kind , so he’s got no idea what the issue is but is happy to send me back to work with no treatment besides a heat pack even though it’s obvious I’m in pain. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Iqbal. He was extremely rude and didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns about my injuries. Instead of focusing on my health, he seemed more concerned about pushing me back to work, regardless of my condition. It felt like he prioritized my employer's interests over my well-being. I believe he has lost sight of what being a doctor truly means. I wouldn’t recommend him based on my experience. Absolute disgrace, he shouldn’t be sitting in that doctor’s chair.
Disgusting behaviour from the WorkCover doctor Iqbal sends me for a ct all smug tells me nothing is wrong with me when results sent through. I disagree as in so much pain and question if I was sent for the right scan or needed second opinion? That sent him strange and standoffish and very unwilling but wrote me for an MRI . Which shows very much a stress fracture to my ribs. Withholding results for a week then finally calling me with them saying he is going on leave and I need to find another doctor.
