An absolute disgrace of a place. The physiotherapist James is shockingly rude, lacking any professionalism or basic respect. Appointment times are meaningless here—you’re left waiting far longer than necessary with no explanation. Completely unacceptable.
Annoying staff members, they wouldn't email or text a prescription and I have to drive for nearly half an hour each way to pick it up, will never be there again and not recommend
