Very long waiting times for no reason. I will not suggest them. I had to wait for than 2 hours for something which should have been finished in 1 hour.
I did a pre-employment medical and every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly and on time. Really appreciate that they made the process so comfortable.
Booked an 8 am appointment to get a test done before work. I've been waiting for an hour and a half, and no update or feedback from staff. Avoid if possible.
I got there from Newcastle early this morning before my appointment for a work medical . Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, nurse got me straight away did all I had with her! As i waited to do my physical! The Doctor got me straight away to fo everything i needed done! And straight away! Did my physical! Only there for hour and a half. I asked my company to send me there not the Newcastle clinic. Thank you to the staff here this morning.
