Bad experience during covid when Sonic HealthCare started to help with the vaccinations. There was a minor issue with the vaccine appointment and the senior staff at the reception was very rude. I can't say it was racism because we are of the same ethnic background so as the junior staff (the one who was registering patients). I was about to explain the issue and the senior staff with a black rimmed glasses closed her eyes , sighed and raised up her hand (yes while her eyes were closed) to signal me to stop talking.
