One of the worst customer service I've ever came across. Very unprofessional. Staff are rude.
The wait times are absurd. It's not worth arriving early or on time. I regularly wait for over an hour for my appointments. They have a total disregard for your time, which I find so rude to their clients. Come prepared with plenty of patience.
Took ages, left me sitting in waiting room, forgot me. But at least they admitted it. Be prepared for a long wait.
Knowingly violating the Nuremberg code. It's on the record. Noone walks away from this. Tick tock
