I've been doing medicals for employment for over 20 years. The staff at Southport made it pleasurable. They were all courteous, no pressure, no rush . It's not just a job for them,they have a passion for it. The best service I have ever had having a medical done. A credit to the whole team.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These people are trying to invoice me thousands privately for a work comp injury from a year ago. What a joke
It’s actually laughable that this racist building claims it is a healthcare centre striving to help people around them, I guess their “kind” and “caring” service just depends on how light your skin is. I walked into this building as a proud African-American female hoping so dearly they could give me a referral to a psychologist to help deal with my crippling anxiety and instead I was met with a cold stare from every direction as soon as I walked in.
Locked my car in the car park and it got broken window while in their care, unprofessional
Terrible experience! I had a medical emergency and had to quickly park my car on their property. Now, they’ve locked my car inside their gate, won’t answer the phone, and won’t be open until Monday—leaving me stranded for the entire weekend. This is completely unacceptable. A business should have some kind of emergency contact or at least respond to customers in urgent situations. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you value good service and accountability.
