I would absolutely recommend these guys, I'm surprised at the low reviews, my experience was great , the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, I will certainly use them the next time my medical is due.
What a terrible place to do a booking, they provide wrong information and are unable to check their own systems for results.
I visited today and was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but my experience was completely different. The nurses and doctors were all kind, caring, and professional. Definitely a reminder not to judge a book by its cover—I was really happy with the care I received.
First time to Sonic Health and the lovely young Weema was the assistants who was absolutely very professional, friendly, and so very patience with explaining the processes of the tests made this experience so much easier than I thought. Thank you Weema 10/10 5☆
