I visited today and was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but my experience was completely different. The nurses and doctors were all kind, caring, and professional. Definitely a reminder not to judge a book by its cover—I was really happy with the care I received.
First time to Sonic Health and the lovely young Weema was the assistants who was absolutely very professional, friendly, and so very patience with explaining the processes of the tests made this experience so much easier than I thought. Thank you Weema 10/10 5☆

Very rude staff, and always sending the patients over to another branches.
Too much wait times, had my appointment at 10.10, which started at 11.10 and finished at 1 O clock. Who will pay for my time and parking fee which is also huge in this area.. I don’t recommend sorry to say that.
