My appointment was the first in the morning, 7:30am. They don't open the doors till 7:30. It was another 10 minutes before I was seen even after pre-filling out the online forms. Other occassions I have had to wait 45 minutes. This is Poor business practice. I have also been charged different amounts at times for identical consultations.
Second time being here and average wait time of 45-60minutes. Book elsewhere.
