Staff are fantastic, wait times are ridiculous and you can't even get a park to get in for your appointment. Smallest medical I've had to do yet took the longest by far just waiting.
I’m here in sonic health plus for some tests and it is taking years, I talked to reception and they said there’s one doctor. But I’ve been sitting waiting for 1 hour
My colleague tried to book in a employment medical for the Mount Isa Mine. They said over the phone that this was possible. Just called again in town to book in a appointment and let the Sonic know what all was involved in the employment medical and apparently they could only do half of the components of the medical. If they were not able to do the full medical in the first place they should have been clear with that from the start.
The reception team are all extremely professional, friendly, understanding and will take the time to go above and beyond to help you despite managing a very busy clinic.
