Long wait times, expect to be there for 2 hours for a medical. They are always running late. I’ve recently had ear surgery to improve my hearing and I know it is now good, however they told me my hearing is poor. I put it down to there outdated hearing test itself with outdated equipment.also I’ve never had high blood pressure, but according to sonic health I do ,however regular checks with my gp are all fine. Took 3.5 hours for medical after done follow-up was required from my doctor details were sent through I chase up with sonic for 3 days called in the morning to see if assesed to be told doctor not in yet and will be here later still no response they are playing with peoples livelhood and stress still havnt got back to me
Terrible wait times, 75 minutes sitting in the waiting room and counting. Overbooking to make more money but at the cost of the patient. Don’t book your employees in to this clinic.
