Had an appointment for 11am, didn’t get seen until after 12pm. Reception staff are rude, doctor was even more rude.
Since my last visit they moved next door to a larger facility. A huge improvement in time spent waiting for nurses and doctors. Everyone at reception and all staff I saw went above and beyond. No longer will I dred going for my medical. Thank you to everyone.
Friendly and seemingly quite efficient at getting through patients without feeling pushy.
Claims to open at 7am (on thier website) and even allows a 7.30am appointment and yet does not open until 8am so yeah maybe fix that???
