Exceptional reception team and medical staff. Attended for a pre-employment medical and all staff were very thorough, patient and caring; particularly Andrea and Teresa. Wait times are as to be expected when you go between two clinicians - there is no determining how long the first half of your medical may take so there will obviously be a wait to see the doctor after… most reviewers don’t seem to understand this. Lovely clinic and would 100% attend again.
Exceptionally rude receptionist and manager. Gave no indication either on phone or email that physical photo ID would be required, which wasted a lot of time with back and forth. Hostile and defensive when I suggested that they mention that to people in future. Honestly have never really come across people as needlessly aggressive as that in a professional setting. Long wait times and very disorganised. No confirmation of follow up appointments. The actual medical staff I saw were friendly and knowledgeable however.

What a fantastic doctors, the doctor that we saw was amazing the nurses just new what she had to do. Can't be happier that we went there.
