Beware of this provider. In my experience, management went out of their way to negatively impact my employment by attaching a letter to documents sent to my employer. This was not due to any failure on my part, but after I politely asked whether the process could be expedited, as I was repeatedly paying for parking because of overbooked appointments and extended waiting times. We visited the clinic last week 2 times and we received the best service possible. All staff at reception were very friendly and polite. We were served by Tahlia, she was utterly professional and patient, offered solutions and was able to get the best outcome for us. We highly recommend her and the clinic in general!
I visited Sonic HsalthPlus prior to a 5 months holiday in south america, I had a full banquet of vaccinations and I was very nervous because I am not confident with needles. The nurse Talia helped me along well with all my needles, I felt very comfortable and they didn't hurt at all. A great experience and well priced!! Thanks Talia
I was genuinely mortified by the poor staff behaviour during my visit. The receptionist and manager on the ground floor were consistently rude and unhelpful—not just to me, but to other patients as well. The lack of courtesy and basic support made an already stressful situation even more difficult. To make matters worse, the wait time was exceptionally long, with no communication or updates provided.
