I visited Sonic HsalthPlus prior to a 5 months holiday in south america, I had a full banquet of vaccinations and I was very nervous because I am not confident with needles. The nurse Talia helped me along well with all my needles, I felt very comfortable and they didn't hurt at all. A great experience and well priced!! Thanks Talia

I was genuinely mortified by the poor staff behaviour during my visit. The receptionist and manager on the ground floor were consistently rude and unhelpful—not just to me, but to other patients as well. The lack of courtesy and basic support made an already stressful situation even more difficult. To make matters worse, the wait time was exceptionally long, with no communication or updates provided. Talia was amazing!! I was very nervous going in to get my vaccines for travel, and Talia made me feel so much calmer and was so great throughout the entire experience! Thank you so much!!

We got our travel vaccinations here. Maria was really professional and funny. She deserves 5 stars. What made this a 3 stars experience was the consultation cost. They charged us 90 each, including the two kids. There was no individual health/risk assessment, no examination, which would have justified that cost. The consultation with the doctor lasted about 5 min in total for all four of us. We were merely asked how we were. That was it.
