Was skeptical after seeing the reviews! Went to the appointment, was called for my turn on time, finished all the tests within an hour. Friendly reception and staff. Looks like they improved a lot.
Walked in to a big friendly smile from Faye, she was amazing start to finish, she updated me on my wait times and helped where she could! Would definitely recommend!!
Had a pre-employment check here and was told I needed a specialist report. The specialist I normally see was on holiday, and reception advised that the GP who referred me could provide it instead. When I followed that advice, I was told by the doctor at Sonic Health that this was wrong and that “I can always find another job.” Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Reception gave incorrect information and the doctor showed no empathy for the situation. Would not recommend.
If I could give a negative score I would!!! GP SHARMINI KUMAR highly unprofessional! Zero idea what return-to-work processes are even though Sonic Health is an OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH clinic. Very rude, likes to talk down on others that are not GPs and know-it-all! I advise anyone who goes here to book any GP except her!
