I recently took my son to Sonic Health in Dandenong for his ADF medical assessment, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. First, their lung capacity machine was malfunctioning, forcing us to go elsewhere and costing me $177 out of pocket. Really slow and behind. Made an appointment for 10am for a work medical,filled in the forms online prior, got seen 1040am. Was told I couldnt pee at 10am and would be 10 mins. Was still holding on at 11.10 when I was told I didnt need to do a pee test afterall.
Faye is such a delight made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome for my medical we should have alot more staff in companies like her!
Wait times are absolutely ridiculous.
