Arrived for a medical that was organised by my employer to be. Found reception staff to be lovely. Straight forward process including the short online questionnaire the day before that was sent via text including daily reminders. Total of 1.5hrs, some of it was waiting to see the doctor for the medical after the screening was done that included audio, visual and drug test. Special thanks to Dr Khawaja for her professional advice on my urine sample result.
Been waiting 3 days for a pre employment medical to sent so I can start work was told should be done yesterday wasn’t today I got told I was put up top of the list that was 5 hours ago still hasn’t been sent .people are waiting to start work and pay their rent and bills
Was skeptical after seeing the reviews! Went to the appointment, was called for my turn on time, finished all the tests within an hour. Friendly reception and staff. Looks like they improved a lot.
Walked in to a big friendly smile from Faye, she was amazing start to finish, she updated me on my wait times and helped where she could! Would definitely recommend!!
