Visited for a work medical. Can't fault the staff. However I had to wait 45min. But once it got going though, it went quite smoothly

I recently visited this clinic for a work medical, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. I was initially told the process would take between 1.5 to 2 hours. However, I ended up spending over 3 hours at the clinic. The waiting time was excessive, and there seemed to be a lack of organization. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and communication to better respect patients' time.

These are purely insurance company doctors. Even with the worst of injuries, they'll put you back on light duties and send you back to work. They are purely for the employers and WorkCover. You have the legal right to see your own doctor for treatment.

Waited 2 hours to be seen. Dr was quite rude and wouldn’t answer my questions. Spent 4 hours to complete a medical. No communication throughout. Disappointing experience, just what one wants on such an important employment process. Never again will I attend Carole Park Sonic Health Plus 😬

Don't know what the reviews are on about i attended this morning. I found it straight forward everyone was very punctual and plight and i was in and out very quickly
