Absolute joke of a place, drove an hour and cancelled an event today to do a medical. Left a sign on the door and didn’t contact the patients effected.have never had a good experience at any sonic health. No consideration for YOUR time!

Absolute joke. Avoid the company and don't waste your money. Phoned them multiple times during the day and kept getting told they were going to call the lab for results. Then, 30 minutes before closing the receptionist said it would have to be followed up on Monday. I had told them that I needed to book accommodation depending on the outcome and as a result of their laziness and inability, this had to be done at the last minute. Flying up from Newcastle NSW this morning to do medical at this place! Both receptionist were very helpful and nice! Nurse Michelle and physio Jason were just so welcoming and the doctor too! Wish sonic Health in Newcastle could take notes from this staff where they care for their patients. Thank you for being good people.
