Staff were professional and respectful. The wait times were quite long, as many other reviewers have said. To give an idea of how long an exam might take, I would allow more than an hour, but less than 2 hours from check in to walk out. That was for physical exam, drug test and doctor appointment. Its been 45 mins in the queue already haven’t been cold for a single test so far out of 5. Imagine how long its gonna take for 5. Frustrating. Value the time of others coz u definitely dont yours.
