Arrived at 11 am. It's now 12.15 , still haven't been seen by anyone for a driver's medical. Have to do a drug and alcohol test. Been holding on for an hour. Absolutely the worst place I've ever done a medical
Over 2 hours for a 5 minute audio test. Arrived before time at my allotted booking time slot at 10am. Sonic should start reviewing there booking system as I am not the only person complaining about the same problem. Sonic healthplus? More like Sonic HealthNegative……
Two longI had a pre-booked appointment (not a walk-in), yet I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen by the first doctor. After that, I waited more than an hour just to be attended again for a basic, standardised service check they do all the time. There was only one doctor attending all the customers, at the counter they didn't know how to tell me about AMSA medical. It is a disaster.
