Staff were friendly and respectful. The wait times were quite long, as many other reviewers have said. To give an idea of how long an exam might take, I would allow more than an hour, but less than 2 hours from check in to walk out. That was for physical exam, drug test and doctor appointment.
Its been 45 mins in the queue already haven’t been cold for a single test so far out of 5. Imagine how long its gonna take for 5. Frustrating. Value the time of others coz u definitely dont yours.
Your appointment time means nothing. Expect to wait a long time to be seen. > 40 minutes.
Arrived at 11 am. It's now 12.15 , still haven't been seen by anyone for a driver's medical. Have to do a drug and alcohol test. Been holding on for an hour. Absolutely the worst place I've ever done a medical
