Had been here twice. Last time was made to wait 40 minutes, in 2025 waiting for the Doctor for more than an hour. Very disappointing. I finally met Dr Richardson, who started the conversation by apologising for the delay due to a complicated Employment compensation claim case before me. Dr Richardson was exceptionally courteous and was a positive experience to meet.
Staff were amazing! I was desperate to have my visa medical finalised by Chrissy and the entire staff made it happen! Thanks so much!
First of the day 8am appointment, waited an hr to be seen.
Absolute joke of a place. Walked out of an 11:30am booking at 2:30pm!
