Would not recommend this place to anyone. Consistently late for every appointment. We use this place for work surveillance testing and employees are there for well over 4 hours when the whole appointment takes about ten min. I wouldn’t come to this place if it was the last place on earth with medical assistance

Deserves less than 1 star. Expect to be waiting 1 hour plus past your appointment time. Shouldn't be in business.

I have had the pleasure of attending this practice a handful of times seeing GP extraordinaire Dr Michael McHutchison. Very friendly, personable, thorough, detail orientated and gives you time and pays complete attention to every need. As for the reviews submitted on here, you have your patient and impatient patients and I fall into the patient category. The clinic is regularly busy and do their best to accommodate. Had a medical last Thursday and was told I needed to rectify an issue to pass . Spent nearly 500 of my own money to get it all sorted that day only to be told the doctor won’t be back until Wednesday and no one is willing to clear me. I’m now out of pocket and can’t return to work, the lack of professionalism and compassion is a joke.

Friendly staff but Rubbish wait times ,most appointments take over 2 hours. A lot of workers who go through sonic here complain about the same thing.
