Had a medical last Thursday and was told I needed to rectify an issue to pass . Spent nearly 500 of my own money to get it all sorted that day only to be told the doctor won’t be back until Wednesday and no one is willing to clear me. I’m now out of pocket and can’t return to work, the lack of professionalism and compassion is a joke.

Friendly staff but Rubbish wait times ,most appointments take over 2 hours. A lot of workers who go through sonic here complain about the same thing.

Attended a coal board medical here- if you can go anywhere else, do! I waited over 75mins for my appointment to even start, all up spent almost 2.5 hours here! My appointment was less than 10mins. No one is in a rush, considerate of anyone's time or even bothers to apologise. As some who has worked in healthcare for over a decade, this is a terrible representation of the industry. The only positive was the doctor was lovely.

As I read back through the comments over the last 2 years it’s clear Sonic Health have no care or concern for their patients. The issues my wife and I have suffered on our medicals for overseas visas are consistent themes and clearly have not been dealt with despite Sonic acknowledgements in responses. Both of us lost over 5 hours for a process that involved three 5 minute interactions with different medical professionals.
