Terrible experience with this practice waited over 2 hours for a DnA test that took 5 minutes to complete. Unsure why an appointment is made when they seem to be unable to meet this agreement.
Horrible customer service, waiting times horrendous…expected to be early for your appointment and then made to wait 2hrs! Unacceptable practice.
Nobody attends the phone, answemachine saying its outside of business hours.
I had a fracture in my wrist sustained at work over a period of about 5 months I saw Dr. Michael and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure my safe speedy rehabilitation. He's professionalism and expertise. Insured that I was back at work as soon as possible. Dr Michael was caring in his approach, and one of the best Dr's I have seen over the years. (And I've seen a few). The reception staff were extremely efficient and flexible in making appointments as required. Awesome.🙂
