I took my PC here for a simple BIOS update—a straightforward fix that involves swapping out the CPU, updating the BIOS, and then replacing the original CPU. Despite me explaining exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, they charged me $50 for a "diagnostic." They promised to call in two business days, but three days passed with no word. Walter and his team of at Sonic are exceptional, which is refreshing nowadays. Took my Macbook in on Friday the charging ports were toast, Walter gave me his best guess without doing a full diagnosis, I agreed and was pleasantly surprised when the very next day it was fixed. Great communication and fantastic service, highly recommend.
Best company i ever worked with, had an issue with my charge port and att tried to sell me a whole new phone saying they can't fix it. Came in they cleaned out the port and it works like a charm go here if you need any of their services.
