THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Charged us a security deposit and told us if we give them a positive review, they will refund the deposit earlier???? WHAT????? It has now been 7 weeks, they are not getting back to us about our refund... so we still have NO REFUND!!! We called our credit card company and reported them. The credit card company refunded our deposit and are now looking into American and Sonic car rental. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for more than a month for the "security hold" on my credit card to be taken off. Even with filing a dispute with Wells Fargo, this company has not responded. Issues: 1. I waited almost an hour for a pick up at the Orlando airport. 2. I was met with a list of unadvertised fees that added additional costs to the rental. 3.. The clerk assured me that the hold on my credit card would be off within a few weeks. Now more than a month it is still there. I would rather walk than rent a car from this company. F... read more

Didn't have the cars that we ordered asked us to come back next day... no change The paperwork didn't add up. When we got hold of it numerous charges we didn't agree to.  Try to get hold of them after to resolve the issue - nothing. DON'T USE!
