I really like her shop and items I bought will be returning to buy more very soon.
My favorite product is the sea moss gel that I have experienced incredible changes during my monthly cycle---mood swings balanced out and cramps dialed all the way down allowing me to get adequate rest during that time. Outside of the monthly it has provided a natural energy boost (which if you know me you know I already have LOADS of energy) 😂. However there are days leading into my cycle it dips, I may experience brain fog---but ever since taking the Seamoss I've not had any of those issues!.

Beautiful shop! Sonias' niece was very welcoming. She explained all the products in a very easy to understand and informative way. I bought a detox tea and sea moss. Can't wait to see how they work.
