Warm welcome upon entry, free to browse. All questions answered. Picked up a couple of xmas presents - yes I shop early. Previous online purchase arrived promptly and nicely presented in package. Well done to staff.
Beautiful items to look at but quite disappointed with them as they are nothing like a bird whistle (I can make the same sound by blowing in a beer bottle). It really is a shame that the website doesn't make it clear that these ARE NOT genuine bird whistles. All of the items sound exactly the same (we purchased a magpie and a Kookaburra) but that is absolutely clear as mud on the website.
