Absolutely horrible experience. I should have known something was off when I was able to get an appointment immediately. I requested a one-hour deep tissue massage, but the therapist spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. I repeatedly asked for more pressure, but she never adjusted. She also kept a towel over me the entire time and tried to massage through it, which irritated my skin — and there was no massage oil used at all. I have been a client if song spa since it opened 13 years ago 2011. the lady who own the spa is very knowledgeabl.,well skilled and loves what she does..she also has two other ladies working their and their skills also are very good, I am older then younger ,and hit the gym 3 times a week . so at times i get sore. they always listen to what i say about what is sore and get out the pain. if you want a very relaxing massage go to song spa it is my go to sap make it your go to spa
