I was referred to Sondra by a family member and it’s been an absolute nightmare. She will not return phone calls and emails. 2021 taxes were given to her in February 2021 and officially filed in July 2021. Followed by receiving a letter from the IRS in 2022 and she would still not respond via email on what to do with this letter. It took calling her office and she was completely rude.
