Michael at Sonder really went out of his way to help me. The store had two chairs in stock that I really liked, but I needed four. First he let me borrow a chair to see how it would look in my living room. Then Michael helped me find two matching chairs from another vendor and even helped me coordinate logistics to get them shipped. A+ customer service. Definitely recommend.

Michael is a rockstar! I found exactly what I wanted however the delivery timing was not known. I placed the order anyway. During a consecutive number of delays Michael kept me informed and gave me a future date for contact. He was able to locate one in a Los Angeles location and brought it to me in his vehicle! I am thrilled and would continue to recommend Michael and Sonder Living in the future.
