Do not buy a hot tub from this company—especially a saltwater hot tub. We have had an incredibly frustrating experience with both the product and the ongoing support. Our hot tub has not worked properly for nearly a year, and despite paying approximately $500 a month for maintenance, they still have not been able to keep the water levels properly balanced or resolve the underlying issue. Decided it was time for a hot tub and went to a few different stores in the area that sell them. The first (the big one) had a nice variety but the prices seemed a bit high and no one was around to answer any questions or even cared that we were interested. We drove to Sonco and the atmosphere was just was more pleasant and welcoming. Brad was our salesman and he didn’t pressure us but gave us great information and answered questions. We just purchased our rythem hot tub. We had a hot springs grande for 20 years . That is why I wanted another. When it was delivered the gentleman who put things together noticed it had a bad lid and said he would have them order us another. When he proceeded to try to put the front back on. He could not get it on messed with it for almost 45 minutes. Said it was a factory problem. Sonco is great! We were having trouble getting our pool chemicals balanced. My husband called and spoke with De’Angelo, who was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He had us bring in a water sample, and after testing it, they put together a clear plan to get everything back on track. Their recommendations nearly corrected the issues overnight. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to make sure we understood everything. Highly recommend!
