Great experience start to finish! Brad was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to clearly explain and answer all of our questions - including testing the water for us a few times after start up to make sure we were on the right track. Delivery was quick. Price was great and we like to support the local guys instead of the big box stores. Brad and Sonco made a wonderful buying experience for us.
We had a great experience with purchasing our hot tub from Sonco. Alejandro goes above and beyond with customer service duties and is always there to help you when needed. My family is new to hot tubs so getting the water chemicals balanced was a challenge for us and Alejandro was very patient with us while we learned. I definitely recommend Sonco Pools.
Alejandro Alvarado is an outstanding sales person. He was knowledgeable and informative without every being pushy or try to upsell us. His continued communication has been excellent and helpful. I love my spa and would highly recommend Sonco to anyone looking for a great company to work with.
I bought a Hot Springs Hot Tub from Sonco Pool. The whole process was great! I would highly suggest using them for all your hot tub or pool needs!
We purchased a hottub from Sonco in December 2021 and have been extremely pleased with it. First of all we drove an hour from home as they came highly recommended from a friend. We got a way better deal on our hot tub than what was offered in the Madison, WI area for the same hot tub. Today we were having an issue with our hot tub leaking.
