Purchased a Hotspring Limelight Flair from Alejandro a few weeks ago. Great experience. I was unsure on if I wanted a lounge seat or not, they arranged for me to come in after hours, when the store was closed and allowed me to privately try the lounge option out. When we bought our first home 8 years ago, we had no clue how to manage a swimming pool let alone one that was installed in the 1970s. The pool company that had been in DeKalb for decades closed their doors for good that summer leaving us scrambling for help. Excellent place! I just put up a "baby", 1,000 gallon pool and went there to discuss chemicals and quantities. Brad was most knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me what was needed and directed me on proper use and quantities. He then gave me a bottle to bring home and fill with my pool water after treating and said to bring it into the store and that they would test the water for free! What great customer service!
