This is the good, the bad, and the ugly on Sonata Boca Raton Assisted Living Facility. The good... food is great, great activities, great PT and OT. The bad and the ugly... once or twice a month, my mother-in-law is stuck in bed in the morning for at least an hour because an aide has not helped her get up and get dressed because they are understaffed. There have also been times in the night or morning when she cannot get help when she has to use the bathroom. (We are paying extra for the most assistance) This is frustrating ... read more
