I am giving Sonata a 1 star review as they fail to return call after multiple calls have been place. For context we built with Trico and they us Sonata for the blinds. We were sold on a wired in blind in our vaulted ceiling and it basically hasn't worked for 3 or the 4 years we have had it. I called last summer to have a service tech come look at it to figure out what need to happen. No call backs.
