An absolute nightmare of a company to get hold of. The only way to contact them is by email or a generalized phone contact which is totally useless. If a company wants my business then they should be easy to contact.

Sonata has been amazing. Tyrell came to our house the day we got possession to take measurements and helped us by giving input on style and colors to choose from. They split our instal so we could get the blinds put up quicker and not have to wait for the whole order - we totally love our window treatments and they make our house feel so cozy. Highly recommend!
