The service we had from Sonata was first rate. From the selections to installation they were on top of everything and very customer focussed. We are delighted, thanks guys!
Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. When I told them what I wanted they understood what I was looking for and showed me several options and a huge selection of fabric. Highly recommend Sonata Design.
Great blinds and service. Had an issue that should’ve been warranty from the manufacturer of the blinds. Manufacturer basically said that there was maintenance interval for the blinds to have valid warranty. Sonata were the ones that came through on this and took care of the situation. Great customer service and care!
Edit: I have changed my review from one star to four stars. Tyrell contacted me and has fixed all my basement blinds free of charge. He was apologetic about everything that had happened and assured me it was not normal practice. Tyrell was extremely helpful in finding a solution for my blinds! I ordered Hunter Douglas blinds for my entire house. This was a new build house and Sonata was recommended to me by the builder. My appointment was with Matt Kalynchuk where I chose my blinds and they then came out to measure. When the... read more
