I called Sonata on Monday January 6. I was told the manager was not in and would return my call on Tuesday January 7. I am still waiting for that call…guess people don’t want business these days. And I was referred to you from a family member. Horrible service. I left my name and number for that call back to book a consult and no bother to call me back. Pathetic
My family and I built a new home in St. Albert with high windows that were good in planning but daunting when we had to talk about blinds. We met with Nicole who came on site and gave us plenty of ideas to help make our lives easier with all our windows. She also helped us see that automation is possible without breaking the bank. Sonata was very involved with our project from the start, meeting us on-site and and in-store multiple times with a wide selection of fabric selections, design concepts and ideas at a variety of price points (and answering our multitude of questions!). Bringing them into the project at framing stage allowed them to suggest ideas on achieving total blackout that we were able to implement.
