Have been here many times. Have Never had a bad experience. Quite the opposite- all team members have been helpful and knowledgeable.
I went in to do a name change on my account and it took over an hour because despite merging with EVB back in September they still hadn't mastered the new system. It was completely ridiculous. Also disappointing they have no in lobby Saturday hours at most of their locations around NOVA and so many of the branches close by 4 during the week.
They were polite enough, but the knowledge of the staff was not great. Had to go in person 3 times and the assistant manager still could not figure out how to open an account. I would go elsewhere.
