Charged my Dad 2 overdraft fees for another bank verifying the account to make electronic transactions. Unacceptable for a home town bank in my opinion. Just a way to take your money and they didn't offer to assist and understand the situation.
This has been my bank for over twenty-five years. These people have long treated me well. In alphabetical order, Blaise, Devon, Kathy, Kesia and Sarah...I really appreciate the always excellent service.
