Do not have any business with this banking institution. The people.working there are nice and friendly but, they are clueless on conducting banking business.
This branch manager or whoever he is calls me to tell me that he's closing our account. I asked him what was wrong, our account was in good standing. He says they can close any account at any time without giving a reason. In sharing this story with another business owner, he tells me that he's got his own horror story with this bank. I bank at this branch. My issue isn't with this branch, but Primis Bank. I had fraud on my bank account. It will take up to 90 days to recover my funds from the fraud. This happened April 10th. I closed my debit card out when fraud occurred and they were supposed to send me a new card that was going to take 7-10 business days. I spoke with Helen at the call center that first day and we had a specific conversation about where to send the card (my current home address).
