Kind and caring staff. Made me feel comfortable with treatments. Feeling great with improved gut health. The heat and chill plunge was amazing. A challenge for me and I rocked it with 12 min in the cold water. Then an absolutely amazing relaxation facial. The technician was so pleasant and kind. Skin looks amazing.
